These terms and conditions and the web-based booking form constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of Taxi service (“Service”) between you and Fast Cars (Fast Travel Solution) . Completion of the booking and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. Fast Travel Solution limited Trading as a Fast Cars reserve the right to revise any of the terms and conditions and its prices listed on this website and will come into effect soon after posted here: Any quotation for the journey will be valid only 24 hours. No booking is considered as accepted until it's confirmed by e-mail or on the phone as a text message, in person in the office, or if you book online until your payment is authorized and by email confirmation. For all Airport pickups, we do monitor the flights, whether coming early or delayed there will be no extra charge but if you miss your flight coming into any of the UK Airports, it is your responsibility to call the office and inform us immediately.

Contracts with passengers Under the guidance of Divisional Court judgement December 2021 Fast travel solution limited (T/a Fast Cars) are responsible as an licensed operator for any private hire booking made by any customer whether on telephone, text, email or on our website for the transportation of passengers or goods until the journey is completed (Service Contractual Obligations 1.1 Service Provision: Fast Travel Solution Limited (the Operator) is responsible for both accepting the Passenger's booking and providing the transportation service from the specified pick-up location to the destination (from Point A to Point B). This includes all responsibilities related to the booking and journey provision. Fast  Travel Solution Limited will handle all bookings and service provision directly. 1.2 Direct Contract Creation: This Agreement establishes a direct contractual relationship between Fast Travel Solution Limited (the Operator) and the Passenger for both the booking of the private hire vehicle and the provision of transportation services. This ensures  that Fast Travel Solution Limited is responsible for fulfilling the booking and providing the journey as required by Regulation 9(14) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Operators' Licences) and comply with 1998 Act and Regulations 2000. (including Regulations 9(14)).

 By the time of booking is accepted and is completed a mutual contract between us and the passenger(person) who is making the private hire booking is in place We will confirm any booking by text message or email Before accepting we will describe all the charges cash/card on acceptance of the person. making the booking or( in case of  Web booking,  where you can see the charges first) we will confirm the booking by the described earlier It is our Fast Cars responsibility in every case whether any complaint or you have lost anything in the car If you want to cancel your journey passenger(person made the private hire booking) need to call on our office number and ask for cancellation at least one minute prior to booking time and in case of Airport pickups at least 2 hours of booked time. Any complaint about the journey should be directly reported to us by phone, text or by email, Any lost item should be directly reported to us ASAP We are not charging any VAT on cash/card booking In case of cash private hire booking it’s your responsibility to have cash ready at the end of the journey to be collected by the driver. 

  1. Our company may change these terms and conditions at any time. Existing bookings will be at the rate booking is made.
  2. We request a minimum of 3 hours notice for any online bookings. If your booking is less than 3 hours, please call our office to check availability.
  3. You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
  4. You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage. Our company cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage.
  5. You must supply all information required on the booking form, please use the special notes box to inform us of anything.
  6. If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage extra waiting time or deviations to the journey other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with our pricing structure.
  7. Incoming flights allows 29 mins free waiting time after which waiting charges will apply. Please allow enough time for immigration & baggage to avoid unnecessary waiting charges.
  8. For airport pick up our driver will wait up to 29 minutes, without having made contact with the passenger. If after 29 minutes driver still has not made contact with passenger, this will result as a no show & no refund will be offered.
  9. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Fast Cars as soon as possible. We will be happy to cancel & refund a booking as long as we have 24 hours notice. If you cancel a booking after the vehicle has been dispatched then a charge will be incurred; the charge will be based on the distance/time that the allocated driver has traveled /spent prior to the point of cancellation.
  10. We take complaints very seriously and investigate every complaint thoroughly. Please email or call us quoting your reference number and as much information as possible.
  11. At times our company may use sub contractors/ partner company to cover a journey.
  12. You shall be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the car during the journey. You will be charged to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger. A full receipt can be emailed direct to you or a hand written business card size receipt can be supplied by your driver. *Please note that an emailed receipt can take up to two working days if asked for on the day of travel to your driver*
  13. Our company have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  14. Our company will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if your behaviour possess any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or any passenger in your party. All passengers will be asked to vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refund will be given.
  15. Our company will track all incoming flights, to ensure our driver reaches you at your specified time.
  16. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual and arrive on time, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  17. Our company shall use all reasonable endeavours to get you to your destination on time, but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey.
  18. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger. If a child seat is required please inform the office at the time of booking. We will try our utmost best to provide a baby / booster seat Or if you have your own child seat you are most welcome to bring it. Please note that the installation of the child seat must be carried out by you.
  19. If the driver is stuck in traffic or for any other reasons cannot reach in time at the point of collection, we will try to provide you with a car from one of our partners.
  20. In the event that our driver does not show up at the scheduled time for collection, please contact our office. If you leave the pickup point without informing us we will not be liable for any compensation to you. If you take a minicab or a black cab from another company without our consent we will not be liable to pay you the price for it or refund you.
  21. We reserve the right to change without notice, your Minicab,  and Chauffeur or Chauffeur driver at any time if necessary. Our company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles. Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in our vehicles.
  22. All our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk.
  23. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded/unloaded at all times. Our company or our sub contractors shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
  24. If the car breaks down during your journey, our company will endeavour to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as possible.
  25. Our company shall be entitled to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather or terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control.
  26. It is illegal to make a private booking with our drivers. Our company will not be liable for any situation faced by the passenger while travelling on a booking not confirmed with the office.
Please note that some calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Surcharges

We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to out of area to out of area journeys Airport and station pick-ups. Christmas, New Year and other Bank Holiday journeys additional stops on route, Periods of extreme weather or road conditions. Journeys out of standard business hours. peak hours

Payments

1. Except of inbound journeys from airports that must be paid in by credit card in advance we accept payment for all other journeys by cash, card or Credit card. Cash payments are made directly to the driver who will issue a receipt at point of payment. (Point of payment being the end of the contracted journey). Where a booking is made by credit card and the passenger/s choose alternative destinations to those booked, the driver will charge any differences which should be made in cash (pounds sterling) after receiving a quote for any differences from the control center by phone, text, email. Where the journey is a shorter distance than that booked a refund will not be made (either in full or in part) as you have not inform us of any change/s and are in breach of the contracted journey. Deal with inquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to the website and your journeys booked in advance. A booking can only be cancelled on the phone or email in the office. A price increase of 50% -75% of the listed price will be charged on the following dates, 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st of December and on 1st of January as well. For Airports pickups. we give first 29 minute free of charge after your flights lands, after that you will be charged 0.30 pence per minute as waiting time. For residential pickups first 15 minute is free provided you come out within 15  minute, otherwise you will be charged for the whole waiting @ 0.30 per minute and cancellation will be charge £ 4.99. Our prices are based that you will be ready to travel at the time and the place previously arranged. If we cannot make any contact with you at the residential pickups by ringing your doorbell or on the phone or at the airports you will be charged full fare. Please make sure that your contact telephone no is switched on any problem contact this office within 15 minute of your booked time

Confirmation of bookings:

1. The driver is there to help you load/unload your luggage; he is not responsible for any damage or missing any luggage. Please make sure your entire luggage is loaded/unloaded.

For cash payments & payments made by card: we will notify you upon receipt of your booking request by return email, phone call or test message that your booking has been accepted and confirmed. Surcharges (we reserve the right to apply a surcharge to and will quote in advance to passengers) Fast Cars is responsible for handling complaints, or lost property if, in the car's. The offices are opened 24 hours a day 7 days a week so should you need any follow up confirmations please call us on +44(0)2080508499

Fare Handling:

The fare for the journey will be collected by Fast Travel Solution Limited. if collected by the driver's the driver will act as an agent of the Fast Travel Solution Limited. All fare details, including any additional charges, will be communicated to the passenger via phone, text, or email, before the journey commence.

Exceptions:

1. At this time there are no exceptions.

1. It is your responsibility to have read and understood terms & conditions, & privacy policies prior to ordering a vehicle. Ordering a vehicle confirms acceptance of our terms & conditions,& privacy policies without reservation.
